We love to use technology and the one or other gadget - and we want to share our experiences with you

The EcoFlow Empire:

We started using an EcoFlow Solar-Generator about a year ago, this year we added the Smart-Generator and took the opportunity of this years SummerBreeze-Festival - these are our impressions.

On the Delta, four cool boxes were hanging, along with lighting, a coffee machine, a camper (with a compressor refrigerator, etc.), and all sorts of USB gear. We had 2x 200w solar panels on the Pavilion, which together produced between 200 and 270 watts until late afternoon. The generator ran about 2 times a day to recharge the Delta. Over 5 days and nights, it ran for a total of 16 hours and consumed exactly an 11kg gas bottle.

On Days 1 and 2, the generator didn't start automatically, showing an error 520 (unfortunately, the manual doesn't provide any information about this). Starting from Day 3 (after a few on and off cycles/plugging), it suddenly worked without any problems.

Overall, we were extremely impressed. The setup provided power for nearly 20 people at a constant 30 degrees Celsius, and the combination of solar panels and generator worked fantastically.
